Danny Minton
Field Supervisor and back-up ORC – Operator Responsible in Charge.
Danny comes to the Authority after 33 years with the Town of Elkin’s
Public Works Department.  He has experience in wastewater and holds
a Wastewater II Collections License.

Zack Sebastian
Maintenance Worker.
Zack has a total of 42 years of experience in the Public Works
Departments of Arlington, Jonesville, and Elkin.  He has a vast
knowlegde of the sewer outfalls and lines in Jonesville and Elkin.

Chris Vestal
Maintenance Worker. 
Chris joins the Authority after 9 years in Jonesville’s Public Works
Department.  He has experience in sewer pipe fitting, pumps and
pump station maintenance and making taps.

Robbie Cockerham
YVSA ORC – Operator Responsible in Charge
Robbie continues his position of ORC for the Authority after 19 years as
ORC for the Town of Elkin.  He has extensive knowledge of the
pumps and pump stations in the three towns.

Arlie Cockerham
Maintenance Supervisor
Arlie brings 32 years of wastewater experience to the Authority from
the Town of Elkin.  His hands-on knowledge of the Elkin, Jonesville,
and Ronda systems is invaluable and rivals the best maps available.
